How Do I Place an Order?

Complete the order request form and a member of our team will follow-up with you directly. All orders require a $100, non-refundable deposit.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

Any changes to your approved order must be made no less than 48 hours before your scheduled rental time.

Delivery and Fees

What is your Delivery Radius?

Big Time Event Rentals will deliver games anywhere within a 10-mile radius of downtown Dubuque at no additional charge. If your part is outside of that radius, a delivery fee will be added to your order.

Do You Charge Delivery Fees?

Yes, only when the delivery location is outside of the 10-mile radius of downtown Dubuque.

PAYMENT & POLICIES

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE FOR MY RESERVATION?

Your $100, non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. Full payment for your rental is due no later than 48 hours prior to your rental period.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We accept cash, check and Venmo as methods of payment.

DO YOU RECOGNIZE TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS?

We regret to inform you that our company does not offer pricing discounts for non-profit organizations.
