How do I place an order?
Complete the order request form and a member of our team will follow-up with you directly. All orders require a $100, non-refundable deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any changes to your approved order must be made no less than 48 hours before your scheduled rental time.
What is your delivery radius?
Big Time Entertainment will deliver games anywhere within a 10-mile radius of downtown Dubuque at no additional charge. If your part is outside of that radius, a delivery fee will be added to your order.
Do you charge delivery fees?
Yes, only when the delivery location is outside of the 10-mile radius of downtown Dubuque.
